We strive to accurately display our products through photographs and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Due to the nature of certain products (masks and costume items that contact skin), we maintain strict hygiene standards. Once removed from original packaging, certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags
• Non-returnable items: Masks, wigs/hats removed from packaging, and used Bloody/Gory Props
